Catalog description

This course will explore deeper into the principles and processes of stage management and assistant stage management. It will examine Equity (AEA) rules and regulations for a professional stage manager and the roles of an SM or ASM in theatrical production, dance, touring, opera, and other performance arts. Students will be required to SM or ASM a full-length show or a dance concert. This course is only open to BFA students pursuing a stage management emphasis. Fee Information: Course fee may be required. Prerequisite: TA 21000 .
