Stage Management II

Catalog description

This course will explore deeper into the principles and processes of stage management and assistant stage management. It will examine Equity (AEA) rules and regulations for a professional stage manager and the roles of an SM or ASM in theatrical production, dance, touring, opera, and other performance arts. Students will be required to SM or ASM a full-length show or a dance concert. This course is only open to BFA students pursuing a stage management emphasis.
