The principles and skills required for managing outdoor recreation sites and visitor systems where the natural environment provides the dominant attraction are introduced. Selected parks, resorts, camps, and preserves will serve as example applications of management functions and strategies. Includes required field trips. Prerequisite: BSC 11200 , BSC 24400 , HFS 21500 , or REC 11300 .
