Introduction to Team Building

Catalog description

This lecture and lab course is designed to give students a basic understanding of team building skills and activities that can be used to improve cohesion within a group. Students will learn and participate in twenty to thirty team building activities for improving trust, teamwork, confidence, goal setting, tolerance, patience, and team success.
