Catalog description

This course focuses on an in-depth examination of judicial review as well as a close look at different Supreme Court justices. Other topics examined include significant court cases, methods of evaluating liberal/conservative leanings of the court, the impact of the court on public policy, and the methods of constitutional interpretation. Prerequisite: ENGL 17000 ; HIST 15500 , PS 15500 , or PS 15600 .
