This course is the second in a series of three courses to prepare the student to assess, implement, and evaluate community intervention programs. The course explores the concepts, theories, models and applications of program planning and evidence-based community level interventions. Models of community health program planning, implementation evaluation will be explored. Prerequisite: PHS 37000 ; PHS 38000 ; PHS 41000 .
