Lifecourse Perspective on Health

Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to life course theory and its application to public health, disease prevention and health promotion. The course provides a conceptual framework with which to understand the interrelationships among biological, psychological, and social factors which influence development and health. Prerequisite: PHS 20000 ; PHS 22000 with a C or better or junior standing.
