GE-Human Culture: Philosophy This course will introduce you to the philosophy of law. We will cover the theoretical frameworks, such as positivism and natural law, in a global context. You will also engage with topics such as law and economics, law and social justice, and more as they relate to national and international understandings of the nature and function of law. Only original sources are used. Prerequisite: ENGL 17000 with a C or better.
