Catalog description

This course will prepare students to coach interscholastic wrestling. The areas of study include: history, rules, scoring, technology, conditioning, offensive/defensive maneuvers, and actual “on the mat” practice. Additionally, planning and supervising effective practice sessions and administering dual meets and tournaments will be covered. Prerequisite: AT 28500 , EXS 25000 , HFS 20800 , HFS 21500 , or PE 15000 .
