Catalog description

This course includes the study of group dynamics and the team building process. Students will learn the facilitation process and a variety of leadership skills designed to deliver effective team initiative and cooperative experiential learning experiences. Briefing, debriefing, processing, activity sequencing, group development, communication strategies, and activity delivery will be the learning components discussed and experienced in this course. (Not open to students with credit in REC 20300 ). (PE majors receive three credit hours of lifetime activities towards degree requirements).
