Special Populations in Paramedicine

Catalog description

This course will teach the unique and specific pathophysiology, assessment and management of special patient populations. Students will learn to assess and manage obstetrical patients, neonatal patients, pediatric patients, geriatric patients, and patients with special challenges. Prerequisite: Admission to paramedic cohort. Paramedic Program Director approval.
