Ear Training IV is the fourth level in a series of four Ear Training courses taken together with MUS 34401 Music Theory IV. Students will continue to develop aural skills and fluency in sight singing and listening skills at a more advanced level. Prepared exercises in singing, reading, and performance will demonstrate the student’s ability to read music and translate it to sound. Students will also develop the ability to listen to music and translate it to notation. Prerequisite: MUS 34301 ; MUS 34302 . Corequisite: MUS 34401 .
