Catalog description
Develops a greater self-awareness in the students as they assess their own leadership styles and practice communication and team building skills. Students examine and practice the challenges of leading teams in the complex operational environment. Students will study dimensions of terrain analysis, patrolling, and operation orders and students will explore the dynamics of adaptive leadership in the context of military operations. Prerequisite: MS 20100 .
