Catalog description

The course examines the roles and application of various electronic technologies in the marketing, distribution and sales of products and services, including computer databases, Internet websites, new media tools and channels, online communities, and social network sites. Students study and analyze the uses, benefits and constraints of these technologies in managing, facilitating, processing and controlling commercial activities for both “brick and mortar” and virtual marketing environments. Fee Information: Lab fee may be required. Prerequisite: MRKT 55010 .
