This course is designed to provide students with an overview of leadership research and understanding of key leadership theories/approaches. Using this knowledge, student will analyze challenges faced by leaders across various industries, evaluate how these approaches were applied in handling contemporary leadership issues, and determine how they might handle similar situations as leaders.
