Procurement Management examines the strategic issues and opportunities in purchasing/supply chain management function and provides the student with an understanding of why and how this discipline is integral to SCM. Purchasing process, procurement cycle, e-procurement, supplier integration, negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing are among the topics to be covered.
