Catalog description

This course introduces sustainable management, focusing on the challenges and opportunities posed by climate change, resource scarcity, and economic shifts. Student will explore the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) and learn to balance the needs of people, the planet, and productivity using a systems thinking approach. Emphasizing practical applications, the course examines how businesses can embrace sustainability to create long-term value and strategic competitiveness through waste reduction and resource optimization. Prerequisite: ENGL 17000 .
