Catalog description

This course provides detailed instruction in two key areas. The first area will discuss the acute responses and physiological adaptations made by the human cardiorespiratory system in response to all types of exercise in young, aged, athletic, and diseased populations. The second area will discuss the acute responses and physiological adaptations made by the human neuromuscular system in response to all types of exercise in young, aged, athletic, and diseased populations.
