Catalog description

This course explores evidence-based methods for training, recovery, and performance enhancement in active populations. Students will examine the science of strength, conditioning, and functional training while addressing common myths in the field. Topics include program design, effective use of equipment and technology, recovery strategies, and injury risk reduction. Through applied learning and case studies, students will develop the skills to evaluate resources, separate fact from fiction, and design programs that build performance, resilience, and long-term health.
