Catalog description

This course begins with an extensive overview of the major issues in health law and continues with a broad discussion of the legal system and the sources of its statutory laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines. This course will include a basic review of tort law, criminal law, contract law, civil procedure, and trial practice. Fee Information: Lab fee may be required.
