Estate planning focuses on the efficient conservation and transfer of wealth consistent with the client’s goals. The course is a study of the legal, tax, financial, and non-financial aspects of this process, covering topics such as trusts, wills, probate, advanced directives, charitable giving, and wealth transfers and their related taxes. Fee Information: Lab fee may be required. Prerequisite: ENGL 17000 ; FIN 32000 with a C or better.
