Fundamentals of Sewing for Design

Catalog description

This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of sewing and construction, emphasizing basic techniques, operation of various machines used in garment construction, and the elements of hand sewing. Passing this course or sewing proficiency test is required for all BA and BFA Fashion Design candidates. The course is open to all students. Fee Information: Studio fee required.
