Catalog description
This course provides students with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing personalized exercise, health, and athletic development programs. Building on foundational knowledge from previous coursework, students will work one-on-one with a client to conduct fitness assessments, interpret test results, and develop customized training plans. Emphasis is placed on real-world application of exercise science principles, effective communication, and professional program delivery. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the practical skills and confidence to create goal-oriented, client-specific fitness programs in a professional setting. Prerequisite: EXS 31500 ; EXS 31600 ; EXS 38700 ; EXS 38800 .
