Catalog description

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the principles of physical fitness with an emphasis on resistance training and muscular performance. Students will explore the scientific foundations of resistance exercise, including neuromuscular physiology, adaptations to training, and biomechanical considerations. Through a combination of lectures and applied activities, students will build the skills necessary to assess muscular fitness and design individualized programs to improve functional movement and physical performance.
