Catalog description
This course will serve as an introduction to proper environmental sampling design and sampling techniques, when necessary to characterize nature and extent of contamination at a hazardous waste site, or other types of environmental research. The course will also instruct students on methods of summarizing, managing, and interpreting field and analytical data. Prerequisite: CHM 23100 , CHM 24100 , and ESC 10000 with a C or better; ESC 32000 , ESC 33000 , or ESC 40000 .
