Reading and Writing for Multilingual Students

Catalog description

This course will give multilingual students the opportunity to develop English language skills needed to succeed in college courses. Assignments will focus on increasing English proficiency with emphasis placed on developing reading and writing skills. Additional hours with an English conversation partner and/or writing mentor may be required. A grade of C is required for advancing from this course. You will take this course concurrently with EPP 12000 or EPP 12500 . Prerequisite: Placement and multilingual speaker. Corequisite: EPP 12000 or EPP 12500 .
