In this course, prospective teachers will explore different formal and informal assessment applications for the identification and placement of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) students. The use of data of language proficiency assessments will be examined along with diverse instructional approaches. Prerequisite: ELL 50501 ; ELL 51501 .
