Catalog description

Data-Driven Decision Making equips educational leaders with the knowledge and skills to collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate data to inform strategic and operational decisions. This course emphasizes the use of data as a powerful tool for continuous improvement, equity, and accountability across K-12, higher education, and other learning environments. Students will explore a variety of data sources-quantitative and qualitative-and learn methods for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support decisions ranging from classroom instruction to institutional policy. The course also focuses on ethical data use, communication with stakeholders, and the development of data-informed cultures within educational organizations.
