Catalog description

This course examines a variety of methods of teaching Mathematics in middle schools and high schools, including inquiry, cooperative learning, differentiation, and interdisciplinary, etc. as well as specific strategies unique to Mathematics instruction. Students will also develop a Unit Plan of instruction. This course requires a 20-hour practicum. Prerequisite: EDU 21501 ; EDU 34310 .
