Catalog description
This course is an introduction to problem solving using the JAVA programming language. Topics include algorithm and program development, syntax of JAVA, input/output statements, file I/O, assignment operations, conditional statements, iterative statements, methods, and array processing. Additional topics may be added if time permits. Fee Information: Lab fee may be required. Prerequisite: CSC 10011 , CSC 10022 , or DSCI 11000 with a C or better.
