Catalog description

This course provides the student with a general orientation to computer science, including a basic understanding of the components of a computer and how they function. It will introduce the student to the process of program development and programming using the Python language. Not open to students with credit in CSC 10022 . Fee Information: Lab fee may be required. Prerequisite: One of MTH 11000 , MTH 15100 , MTH 15200 , MTH 27100 , or MTH 27200 with a C or better; or passing the placement test.
