Catalog description

This course will examine the role of the mass media in U.S. politics, including the ways in which the media has shaped politics and political campaigns as well as how politics influences our media. This course will explore the role of journalism, television, social media, and radio as influential mediums that have had and continue to have profound impacts on the American political communication.
