Catalog description

This course examines the roles and responsibilities of the producer and production manager in film and video production. Emphasis is placed on the role of development, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of cast and crew in guiding a project from concept through to completion. Students will gain an understanding of production and distribution workflows as well as the organizational structure of media production. Fee Information: Lab fee may be required. Prerequisite: CINE 11000 .
