Catalog description

Embryogenesis is the process by which an embryo forms and develops. We will focus on the cellular and molecular basis of embryonic development using model organisms to understand human embryogenesis. Topics covered include fertilization, axis specification, differentiation and morphogenesis. Prerequisite: BSC 24400 with a C or better.
