Introduction to Cost Accounting

This course explores the concepts of cost determination, reporting, and control applied to manufacturing operations with an emphasis placed on job order and process cost accounting systems. Students utilize spreadsheet and data visualization tools to enhance planning and analysis of course related topics. Fee Information: Lab fee may be required. Prerequisite: ACCT 21011 with a C or better.
