Catalog description

This course is an extension of AAD 57700 . In addition to preparing the traditional and digital portfolios, students will explore the legal and business issues affecting graphic designers today. Design topics such as freelancing, pricing, estimating, invoicing and copyright will be examined. Case studies and role-playing will be used to strengthen professional conduct and introduce best practices. Emphasis will be placed on the designer-client relationship.
