Catalog description

This is an introductory course in the field of user interface and user experience design. Topics will include user-centered design, and the problem-solving techniques associated with designing with the user in mind. These themes will be addressed through project-based assignments that introduce students to concepts of user-empathy, analog and digital environments, and negotiating form and function. Fee Information: Lab fee required.
