This two semester course covers mechanics, heat, sound, electricity and magnetism, optics and modern physics using calculus. Three hours of lecture and one hour of recitation each week are required. Students must be enrolled in PHY 1005L, Physics Laboratory. Corequisites: MAT 1021, PHY 1005L
