Catalog description
This course is designed for students in the Social Sciences. The goal of the course is to give the student a working knowledge of the areas of mathematics that are most applicable to his or her particular discipline. Among the topics studied will be elementary matrix algebra, linear programming, logarithms, progressions, and the mathematics of finance. Prerequisite: MAT 1010, minimum grade C
