This course presents a study of the principles of human motion. Anatomical and mechanical analysis of everyday movement patterns are evaluated. Students will learn the skills to adjust movements and posture for promoting healthier physical development and improvement of performance. Prerequisites: HSC 1030, BIO 2005/L
