Community Health and Aging

Catalog description

This course presents basic information concerning the care of the body and community and common departures from health while aging. The problems and practices involved in the improvement of individual, community and environmental health will be explored. This class will also include broad observations of personal health including the expected mental and physical aging process, health disparities, and the preventative practices involved in healthy aging.
