Catalog description

This is a capstone course in which students will be trained on the execution of public relations, advertising and integrated marketing campaigns from B-to-C and/or non-profit communications objectives with the overarching goal of building students’ professional portfolios. Students will also learn to manage online communities in the face of social media evolution. Ideally, students will select a client to represent or they will work directly with either a media related business or strategic communications agency. Prerequisites: COM 3002, and either COM 3044 or COM 4002
