Catalog description

This course provides law enforcement officers with the knowledge to better understand and address the behavioral health stressors that are unique to law enforcement. Strategies for identifying and responding to signs and symptoms of acute and chronic stress, including suicidal ideation, will be presented. An emphasis is placed on resources to building resilience and learning healthy coping strategies.
