This laboratory course develops practical competency in Thompson Terminal Point Drop Technique procedures. Students perform Thompson analysis including Derifield leg length checks and apply specific drop-table adjusting protocols for spinal and pelvic dysfunctions. Emphasis is placed on patient positioning, table operation, safety procedures, analysis interpretation, and delivery of precise drop-assisted adjustments. Through supervised practice and practical assessments, students develop the technical skills required for clinical application of the Thompson system.
