This course introduces the theory, principles, and clinical application of the Thompson Terminal Point Drop Technique. Emphasis is placed on biomechanical concepts, Thompson analysis procedures, Derifield leg length evaluation, and the rationale for specific drop-table adjusting protocols. Students examine indications, contraindications, and corrective procedures for cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvic, and sacral dysfunctions using the Thompson system. Clinical decision-making and integration of Thompson analysis into chiropractic practice are emphasized.
