Catalog description

Prerequisite: CLIN 3609 (10th quarter student or above) The study of the physiological responses and adaptations to exercise in terms of how they relate to human performance limitations, training effects and health-related benefits. Emphasis will be given to a study of the components of physical fitness. Exercise metabolism and nutrition will be covered.
