Catalog description

This course prepares students with essential skills in problem-solving, group dynamics, and consulting to help individuals and organizations overcome challenges and leverage strengths for improved performance. Students will learn to design and implement industrial-organizational (I/O) assessments and develop effective solutions. The curriculum features real-world case studies, reflective learning through films, and practical consulting projects, culminating in a real-world consulting experience with a major company using whole-systems design and organizational models.
