Catalog description

Health Psychology examines the intersection between psychological factors and physical health, examining how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence illness, wellness, and healthcare decisions. Course topics include stress management, coping skills, health behaviors (smoking, diet), pain management, and the impact of chronic diseases on mental health, all within a biopsychosocial framework.
