Intensive Supervision II
Life University · UGRD · Fall 2026
Catalog description
Coach Mentoring and Supervision enables students to work closely with an experienced coach on their practice and equip them for coach certification. The sessions offer a space for the student to receive both group mentoring and coaching about their competencies: 1. Coaching is used in the session when the coach mentor explores with the student their vision and perspective of their practice, strengths and areas of development. 2. Mentoring is facilitated through feedback and input from the mentor about the student's quality of coaching as defined by the core coaching competencies, professional certified coach markers and ethics of the International Coach Federation. This course is limited to a maximum of 10 participants by ICF standards and incorporates the application of all program knowledge: ethics and regulatory guidelines, coaching knowledge and application, assessment and practice management.
