Catalog description

The difference between chronological age and biological age will be explored. Topics that influence health span will be covered and may include inflammaging, autophagy and mitophagy, cell-signaling efficiency, methylation, immune resiliency, gut-microbiome, telomeres and more. Normal vs pathological aging and the interplay with chronic disease will be discussed. Evidence based biohacking techniques will be explored.
