Catalog description

The components of the immune system and their functions are introduced with the emphasis on mechanisms of immune system in defense against infectious diseases. Antigenicity, resistance, and pathogenicity of microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites) are reviewed. The possible roles of chiropractic effects on community health, resistance and susceptibility of infectious diseases and disorders of immune system are considered.
